I’m a health science writer and journalist, with an avid curiosity to explore new places and distill other’s experiences. I don’t think any of us ever really arrive but are always a work in progress, in a state of constant change. My goal is grace for myself and others in facing these changes. Having taught in the fitness industry for 20 years from all styles from interval fitness to dance, my main fitness pursuit now is walking and hiking and outdoor pursuits. Here, I curate some of the best ideas I run across in wellness for mind, body and soul.
